Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive technical support to customers via voice communication, resolving queries related to software, hardware, and network issues.
- Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing performance excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in US Shift timings.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- International Customer service: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
