**Job Title**: Virtual Training Coordinator
**Location**: Pune (Hybrid Mode)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Training Coordinator to support our virtual training sessions. The role will involve managing technical aspects of live training sessions, resolving technical issues, assisting in user management, and ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for participants. This is a hybrid position based in Pune, and the role requires flexibility to support both the EMESA and APAC time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Training Sessions Support**:

- Set up and manage virtual training sessions on platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.
- Resolve any technical issues related to virtual meetings promptly to ensure smooth session flow.
- Manage and facilitate breakout rooms during training sessions to encourage active participation.
- Monitor and track attendance, ensuring all participants can join and actively engage in sessions.
- Enforce meeting protocols to maintain a professional and efficient training environment.
- **Technical Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve tickets related to technical issues, such as login problems, broken training links, and report generation.
- Assist participants and trainers in locating and accessing training materials.
- Provide troubleshooting support for common technical challenges faced during live sessions.
- **User Management - Enrollment and Maintenance**:

- Prepare and import Excel templates for platforms like Okta and NovoEd.
- Assist with user enrollment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate participant records.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing and distributing teaching materials, presentations, and other resources for sessions.
- Help with editing and uploading recorded sessions to the learning platform, ensuring content is accessible and well-organized.
- Track and report on attendance and participation, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Provide general administrative support by communicating important announcements and deadlines to participants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to support both EMESA and APAC time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience supporting online learning environments and virtual classrooms.
- Familiarity with video editing tools for session recordings.
- Basic understanding of educational technology and tools used for online learning.
- Experience with user management and system tools like Okta and NovoEd.

Pay: ₹11,018.80 - ₹34,031.76 per month
