Determine and analyze the need for training in organization.
- Design, develop and facilitate LMS training sessions for the new hires.
- Research on training methods suitable for skill development.
- Identify training skills that need to be addressed.
- Prior experience as a training coordinator & LMS Expert
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- To create course with Videos, Assessments & Assignment.
- To create user ID & assign courses.
- To take follow up with branches regarding course completion & reporting to HOD.
- Update LMS time to time.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
