We are currently looking for a **Regional** **Learning Coordinator** who is enthusiastic about working in the APAC Operational Excellence function. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the field operative development process, coordinating learning activities, and collaborating with facilitators to build world-class learning facilities within region.
Your key role:
- Maintaining the regional Field operative and learning facilitator database - including skill matrix, learning history, and future development plans as well as monitoring the effective use of the Learning management system
- Enable world-class training facility development and utilisation - maintain facility setup information, support development of new simulators and capex planning, monitor facility utilisation, enhancement and harmonisation plans
- Supporting and monitoring training plan execution via country training facilitators - monitor regional training calendars and plans, cross-country coordination, feedback consolidation, and support improvements in training delivery tools, processes, and systems.
- Assisting in the identification of training needs, coordinating with business and learning facilitators, global offerings, monitoring new products and processes, and country-specific needs and plans.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Competencies and skills, we expect for this role:
- Training need identification and delivery process awareness
- Experience towards administration of learning management system
- Experience towards use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and efficient Time Management Skills
- Awareness of training eco-system in Industrial sector
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
