**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **end-to-end proposal writing process**, including drafting, formatting, reviewing, and finalizing proposals.
- Write, edit, and proofread **non-technical proposals, amendments, and business documents**.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Create and maintain a **repository of standard proposal templates and content** for re-use.
- Assist in writing **blogs, posts, and other business communication material**.
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, error-free, and aligned with company standards.
- Track proposal deadlines and ensure smooth workflow and approvals.
- Support continuous improvement of the proposal management process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in proposal writing, content writing, or coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal **English communication skills** (mandatory).
- Ability to **manage multiple tasks** and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
- Based in **Pune** (mandatory).
