About the Role

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the complete proposal writing process – from drafting and editing to final submission. This role is not purely technical; instead, it requires strong content writing, coordination, and process management skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality proposals, blogs, and posts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal writing process, including drafting, formatting, reviewing, and finalizing proposals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread non-technical proposals, amendments, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Create and maintain a repository of standard proposal templates and content for re-use.
  • Assist in writing blogs, posts, and other business communication material.
  • Ensure all content is clear, concise, error-free, and aligned with company standards.
  • Track proposal deadlines and ensure smooth workflow and approvals.
  • Support continuous improvement of the proposal management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, content writing, or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
  • Based in Pune (mandatory).
