Must have proven experience in water and waste water treatment industry only handling proposal, estimation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Planning & Coordination

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for wastewater treatment projects (municipal domestic industrial).
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to assess scope, technical requirements, and commercial criteria.
  • Develop proposal schedules, deliverables matrix, and response plans in coordination with internal stakeholders.

2. Technical & Commercial Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and finance teams to compile accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals.

· Ensure alignment of proposed technologies and methodologies with client specifications and industry standards.

· 4. Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, procurement, HSE, project controls) to gather inputs within deadlines.
  • Organize and lead proposal review meetings and facilitate timely approvals.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, OEMs, and consortium partners (if applicable) for scope alignment and pricing inputs.

Value Engineering

  • Support development of alternative solutions or value-engineered options to enhance proposal competitiveness.

6. Client & Stakeholder Interface

  • Interface with clients during pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification stages.
  • Address client queries and manage addendum responses during the bidding phase.

7. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure proposals meet all client requirements, including compliance with environmental, regulatory, and local norms.
  • Conduct quality checks and final validation before submission.

Exposure to working on government, private and overseas project prefered.

· prepare and validate design concepts, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and treatment technologies (e.g., MBBR, SBR, ASP, RO, Desalination, SwRO).
