**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Management**:

- Develop and manage proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and other solicitation documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and inputs for proposal submissions.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and company standards.
- **Content Development**:

- Write, edit, and format proposal content to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and solutions.
- Develop customized content for each proposal, including executive summaries, technical descriptions, and pricing information.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates and reusable content for future use.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Schedule and lead proposal kick-off meetings, progress updates, and review sessions.
- Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors, if necessary, to incorporate their contributions into the proposals.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in proposal submissions.
- Ensure proposals are submitted within the specified deadlines.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to develop competitive proposals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance proposal strategies.
- **Post-Submission Activities**:

- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals to gather feedback and address any queries.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals, client interactions, and outcomes for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and winning proposals in a competitive environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with proposal management software and CRM systems is desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
