**Job description**:

- Responding to customers inquiries, chase-up of quotations for orders.
- Order execution, Coordination with Quality and Coordination for Dispatch of finished goods to the clients.
- Follow-up for payments and release of Bank Guarantees & submitting of LC documents.
- Developing sales, promotional strategies by analyzing market trend as well as forth coming pipeline projects and, competitors strategies.
- Strategic Planning, Channel Management B2B, Team Management, New Business Development

Market Analysis, Brand Management
- To explore market & review general market needs for selling company's products to increase business.
- Generate new QRFs (enquires), review costing and to send quotation
- To plan and execute, customer orders as per agreed delivery schedule by following up and coordination with Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Engineering departments.
- To handle customers Specification, Correspondences and Technical Drawings, from inquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers
- Analysis of Orders on hand & Enquiries received to meet with Targeted Sales
- Review of LC Payment collection.
- Customer feedback collection.
- Handling customer complaints and provide after Sales Service
- Construction field experience and Industrial Construction
- **Requirements**:
Should be a Graduate from any discipline, marketing preferred.

Should have experience in the marketing field.
- Roofing Sheet Industry Experience added advantage.
