**The Role**:
1. Understanding of the real estate business strategies, set goals and to determine action plans to meet goals and implement all sales action plans.

2. Getting a deep & clear understanding of the project, setting sales goals and developing sales strategies accordingly.

4. Handling customer questions, enquiries, and complaints.

5. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

6. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

7. Building and maintaining a CRM database.

8. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Representing the projects in various events and exhibition.

10. Arrange site visits.

**Prerequisites**:

- Proven success in a similar role and environment with excellent customer service and sales skills
- Empathy towards our customers and staff.
- Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
- Well versed with real estate sales activities.
- Enthusiastic to deliver the desired results

**Education**:

- Graduation (any stream). Post graduate degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing preferable
