Hiring PROJECT COORDINATOR -IT job vacancy in Durgapur ,WB.

**DEPARTMENT**:

- Project Management

**LOCATION-** Durgapur, Webel IT Park, Phase II.
- **QUALIFICATION-** B. Tech / B. C. A / M. Tech / M. C. A / B. Sc / M. Sc
- 1 Year Experience
- SKILLSET Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the development of project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters
- Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables and tracking progress
- Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials and reports for meetings
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met and communicating any potential risks or delays
- Providing administrative support as needed and managing project-related paperwork
- Ensuring relevant client are informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong Command of Programming Language.
- Possess MS office knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external staff is essential, ensuring that all written correspondence is of a high standard and that all conversations can be tailored to the level of the client.
- Ability to work with a large variety of clients collaborate across business units and teams.
- Well-developed sense of urgency.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Enjoy working on a team and comfortable sharing responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of project management
