**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- **Customer Service**:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving problems.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or receptionist.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or office management is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
