We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to support our Student Counselling and Training & Placement department. The role involves calling prospective students, guiding them on course options, and assisting in placement coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and counsel students about courses and career opportunities at NIM Durgapur
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication records
- Coordinate with training and placement team for student queries
- Share updates on upcoming interviews, workshops, and placement drives

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi & English
- Confident, friendly, and student-focused attitude
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Prior experience in education or counselling preferred (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
