**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for obtaining materials, components, capital equipment and services of a semi-routine nature
- Provide materials and supplies purchase orders, analyzes quotations, and expedites deliveries and shipments
- Understand, maintain and report weekly KPI's
- Maintain files with correspondence and records of current and potential suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories
- Provide timely and cost-effective procurement of production goods according to company guidelines for cost, quality, and delivery
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure meeting delivery dates
- Manage PO releases daily/weekly to meet demand requirements
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to review open action items, supplier’s performance, forecasting of future demand and future cost reduction
- Maintain procurement process managing the purchase order based on demand changes with flexibility

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge and experience in ERP systems SAP/Oracle and other procurement related tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or other technical industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data
- Experienced in value engineering and lean manufacturing environment
- Commendable negotiation skills to achieve best value pricing and Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
