**Experience Required**:

- 8-10 years of proven experience in sales within the **industrial machinery and material handling equipment domain**.

**Domain Expertise**:

- Machinery: Assembly Machines, Leak Test Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
- Material Handling Equipment: All types of Conveyors, Lifters, and related systems

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in **Marathi, Hindi, and English** is essential.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the promotion and sale of machinery and material handling equipment.

This includes:

- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work with engineering, service, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Selling**: Leverage product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to customers’ technical needs.
