**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate backend processes and assist various departments including operations, sales, and customer support.
- Handle documentation, order processing, data entry, and internal follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal records and databases.
- Monitor workflow timelines and assist in resolving operational delays or issues.
- Support internal communication and act as a bridge between teams.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly backend reports with the management team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in backend operations, administration, or coordination roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
