We firmly believe that digital solutionsshould align with and support the long-term health of our planet.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. Inthis role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications todeliver high-quality and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimizeapplication performance, and contribute to building robust and seamless backend systems.This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Kochi, Kerala with initial 3 months probation. For more information, please visit our website at Responsibilities:- Analyzing the feasibility of the project with the entire team and contributing to the optimum planning and architecture for smooth, effective and relevant problem solving development.- Optimize existing features for better performance.- Ensure the quality of our codebase .- Work closely with our design team, coordinators, architect and project owner to create feasible, scalable, performance-oriented, self-explanatory (code) backend.- Collaborate with our front-end developers, DevOps, in planning the optimum approach in handling the backend.- Helping to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and defects- Maintain our high standards of quality and performance across all platforms.- Contribute to our open source projectsQualifications:- Have a strong grasp of Javascript and Node.Js.- Have prior experience with the Nest.js- A passion for code and a willingness to keep up with the latest trends- A willingness to learn and use new technologies- Experience with code versioning tool (git-based)- Have collaborated with DevOps to ensure efficient and effective deployment.- Basic knowledge in cloud environments (Aws,Azure)Job Offer:- A dedicated Apple Silicon Macbook will be provided.- Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office.- Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code.- Experience a 5-day workweek, promoting a balanced lifestyle.
