- Working knowledge on SCCM 2012 (certification Preferred for 2007 or above)
- Antivirus management knowledge (Cisco AMP, SCEP, McAfee or other tools)
- OS Build/Imaging (related to End user devices)
- Physical cables patching knowledge - Phone and LAN cables.
- Basic MAC support knowledge/experience
- Working knowledge on Active Directory Domain environment, DHCP, DNS, Windows GPO, WINS, and TCP/IP commands
- Datacentres environment knowledge/skills
- Knowledge on Mobile Device management and support
- Remote support capabilities to pitch in for escalated cases
- Project management and planning to drive projects related to End user devices (Phone/Laptop rollouts etc.)
- Inventory and asset management skills
- Client interfacing and Vendor management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and use of issue/problem tracking systems

Daily Job responsibilities:

- Act as Site POC for Client and Cognizant to deal with all Hands and Feet support request at the deployed Location
- Provide Datacentre support towards Hands and Feet requirement.
- Provide out of Hour support towards any planned/scheduled Datacentre activity or P1 cases
- Act as POC for all 3rd party vendors towards End user devices (Laptops/desktops/printers/mobile phones etc.) and Infrastructure devices (Servers/Routers etc.)
- Provide physical hands and feet support towards end user desk moves, printer physical moves, DC racking, Server checks, Tape rotation etc.

SCCM related Responsibilities - Good to have so that can be trained faster (SCCM Lead will assign tasks from the list below as per the requirements):
- Assist desktop engineering with SCCM Windows desktop OS deployment and automated build processes, including performance tuning (WDS)
- Remediate issues through controlled and organized incident management processes
- Produce basic project plans and root cause analysis documents; report progress to management
- Develop future state strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives that are aligned with Consumers Energy’s goals and vision; create an environment that is supportable, secure, and scalable

EUC related responsibilities - Good to have (to help and support Offshore EUC team):
- Serve as break/fix technician for a wide variety of user technologies in the related practices of MAC and Windows Desktop support
- Able to troubleshoot outlook related issues and have some knowledge on Exchange environment
- Able to work on Windows Encryption(bit locker) or other 3rd party tool, specially providing the bit locker codes to user and troubleshooting such issues
- Define and document best practices and support procedures
- Working on installation and troubleshooting software’s like Office 2010/13, Skype for Business and etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) with 3+ yrs of experience on Application packaging preferred.
- Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or ITIL certification preferred, equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems like Windows 8.1 /10
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP ports HTTP, HTTPS and file sharing
