- Break Fix Troubleshooting
- Supported a blended Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment
- and supported Office 365.Imaged desktops and laptops using the SCCM Server.
- Managed and Supported a Remedy Ticketing system.
- Work and communicate with all levels of Management via
- Troubleshoot computer and network problems to the
- component level.
- Worked hand in hand with other Departments to provide
- resolutions as needed for the customer
- Work in Team environment
