Tbot Techno Systems, a leading IT Solutions and Services company, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that our products and services are delivered to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the procurement team, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure that all materials and products are ordered, tracked, and received on time and within budget. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Tbot Techno Systems continues to provide seamless IT solutions to our clients across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the shipment of goods from vendors to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to clients.
- Work closely with shipping partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all materials and products are ordered and received on time.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Review and verify all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any distribution and delivery issues.
- Ensure that all shipments comply with customs regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
