**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients, providing them with relevant information about the properties, assisting the sales team with lead generation, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to suitable properties.
- Brand Pitching: Effectively pitch the brand and properties to clients, presenting key selling points and benefits.
- Sales Progression: Take the sales process forward, addressing client queries, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain detailed records of client communication.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Leadership potential to train and guide a team in the future.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing leads efficiently is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet client expectations.
- Knowledge of real estate and trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
