**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Design Creation:

- Develop eye-catching visuals for PPC campaigns that drive clicks and conversions.
- Create brochures, banners, and other branding materials for promotional campaigns.
- Website Design and Updates:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update website visuals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience principles.
- Use tools like Squarespace to optimize landing pages and website aesthetics.
- Brand Adherence and Content Placement:

- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to brand guidelines while delivering creative and impactful visuals.
- Strategically place content in designs to maximize clarity, readability, and engagement.
- Collaboration and Feedback:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver designs aligned with campaign goals.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs.
- Creative Space Utilization:

- Make the best use of creative space, ensuring designs are clean, balanced, and visually appealing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Squarespace is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of advanced design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus.
- Experience:

- 2+ years of professional design experience, particularly in marketing campaigns and website design.
- Design Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they impact user interaction.
- Ability to create designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Soft Skills:

- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-designers and understanding requirements.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
