**Position Overview**:
Winfo Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our vibrant team in Hyderabad. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, enhancing our brand presence across diverse channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy, backed by brand usage guidelines, aligned with organizational objectives.
- Take complete ownership of the Creative Design department to represent the brand, products & services, marketing efforts through compelling graphic designs & videos.
- Utilize various design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Figma, Elementor Pro etc. to create top quality designs and contribute towards brand building.
- Continuously improve designs with the help of feedback collection for the completed design projects from the stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the design industry to maintain Winfo Solutions' competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fine arts with a Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Non-linear Video Editing, Web Design, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design, image/photo manipulation, video editing, wireframing/prototyping, UI/UX & web design.
- Must have hands-on experience in designing logos, web banners, webpage design, icons, infographics, posters, social creatives, PPTs, brochures, datasheets etc.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Figma and/or Elementor Pro.
- Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistency and brand integrity across different media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
