**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Visual Arts, Media, Communications**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a **Creative Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or UI/UX Designer**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **illustrations, Figma UI/UX designs, graphics, infographics, and social media content**.
- Proficiency in **Figma**.
- Skilled in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of **visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles**.
- Ability to create engaging **multimedia content** tailored for both websites and social platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent **creative problem-solving skills**.
- **Impeccable written and spoken English** is a **must**.
- Nice to have experience in **motion graphics and animation,**Knowledge of **web design systems**.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver **illustrations, graphics (including motion graphics), and infographics** for web and social media.
- Create **UI/UX designs and mockups in Figma** for digital products and websites.
- Produce and edit **short-form videos** (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for social media engagement.
- Develop creative assets for **marketing campaigns**, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with **marketing, product, and development teams** to align visuals with business objectives.
- Stay updated with **design trends, social media formats, and UI/UX best practices**.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
