**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our
passion for creating engaging visual content for branding, digital marketing, UI/UX, and
social media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design banners, social media creatives, infographics, brochures, presentations,
and logos
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually impactful designs
- Work on UI elements, web page designs, landing pages, and mobile-friendly layouts
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and campaigns
- Edit and enhance images using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom
- Work on motion graphics, short videos, GIFs (basic animations) - optional but
preferred
- Take full ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery
- Manage creative assets and maintain organized design files for reusability

**Required Skills**:

- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic and visual design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding
- Knowledge of social media design formats (Integra, Face book, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to feedback
**Good to Have**:

- Experience in video editing or animation (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or
similar)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for design-to-code handoff
- Previous experience working in startups or marketing agencies
- Basic understanding of print design standards (optional)
**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Communication, or related
fields
