**Job Location** - Hyderabad, India.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling UI creatives, visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience. You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and demeanor, enthusiastic when embracing new challenges, able to multitask and prioritize (good time management skills), willingness to learn new technology/methodologies, adaptable and flexible when new products are assigned. You prefer to work independently with less or no supervision. You are process oriented, have a methodical approach and demonstrate quality first approach and preferably who have worked in a result-oriented product marketing team(s).

You have created visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, technical blogs, LinkedIn posts, and print materials. A Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering marketing materials for successful campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll do**

Following are high level responsibilities that you will own but not limited to:

- Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print. Create visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital assets, PowerPoint decks, explainer or product demo videos, website assets (imagery/iconography), social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print materials.
- Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content.
- Provide design assistance for website development, adhering to our style guide to ensure a visually appealing experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints.
- Incorporating AI into design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerika's design assets.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, BFA. MFA, B.Des/M.Des or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.
- Knowledge on UI design principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe after effects), and figma is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
- Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
