**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and design print materials**, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing assets.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to create ad creatives for digital and print campaigns.
- **Create innovative and visually engaging concepts** that align with the organization’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- **Use CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator** to produce high-quality designs and illustrations.
- **Prepare and preflight files for printing**, ensuring precision and adherence to print specifications.
- **Maintain design consistency** and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all print and digital materials.
- **Handle multiple design projects simultaneously**, meeting tight deadlines.
- **Provide constructive feedback** on junior designers' work while gaining insights from senior designers.
- **Stay updated with industry trends** and conduct relevant research.
- **Coordinate with content teams** to enhance articles and social media posts with visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Graphic Designer or Similar role.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, including color theory, typography, and layout design,branding
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively present design ideas and concepts.
- Strong knowledge of other design software Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in design creation.
- Strong understanding of branding strategies and color theory.
- Moderate knowledge of design tools like Canva and veed.io.
- Familiarity with graphic resources such as freepik and envato.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- A continuous learner, staying updated with the latest and evergreen trends.
- Visual ideation and Web Design proficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3 years and Above of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
