**Job Position**: IT Administrator

**Salary**:INR 15,000 to 18,000 Per Month

**Experience**:2 to 3 Years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, including implementing backup and recovery procedures.
- Resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and user access problems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks and other performance issues.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, recommending changes and improvements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience in handling technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and user access problems.
- Familiarity with IT policies and procedures, including government regulations related to IT administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
