Participate in the smooth transition of projects from development to production by performing operational activities within the project life cycle
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during testing and in production
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
- Adhere to policies and follow operational procedures and standards related to the administration of computing resources
- Participate in technical research and development to foster innovation within IT
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
- Reduce count of Incidents raised by Known Errors with the use of Knowledge Base Management tool
- Design appropriate metrices for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particular in terms of in-depth trend analysis
- Ensure full implementation of all elements of the Anti-Fraud, Whistleblowing, Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies and practices, including all necessary training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance
- Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations
- Follow Change Management process for change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management
- Take ownership of problems and proactively resolving technical problems, ensuring technical solutions continue to meet business

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
