**Job Title**: Pastry Chef
**Location**:Samsil, Oman

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary Range**:440 - 780 USD / Depends on experience
**Working Hours**: 10:00pm - 8:00am Daily

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and create a diverse range of pastries, including pies, croissants, donuts, slides, breads, and other pastry items.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries produced.
- Develop new pastry recipes and innovative ideas for the pastry menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry section, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate pastry production with other food items.
- Order and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry-making.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant position.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
- Proven expertise in making pies, croissants, donuts, slides, breads, and other pastries.
- Ability to provide videos demonstrating pastry-making skills and photographs of previous creations.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new pastry recipes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
