**Responsibilities**:

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule and conduct direct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Manage online appointments with clients and maintain a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Utilize CRM software to efficiently track and manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands to provide valuable insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation or Post Graduation
- 2 years of experience in customer relations in NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Photography, and Event management field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
