**Location -** Erandwane, Pune

**Company Overview**:A fast-growing company in the Corporate Gifting segment, offering innovative and customised solutions to clients across industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries.
- Handle order processing - input orders, verify pricing, discounts, and product codes, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records, develop filing systems, and assist in preparing regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or operations support role.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Awareness of industry trends and basic understanding of commercial operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
