**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Executive / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors at the construction company’s office. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating communication between departments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning and a professional company image.

**Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors courteously and professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are always neat, presentable, and well-maintained.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
- Coordinate with site offices, vendors, and departments for daily administrative needs.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock; raise purchase requests when required.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, data entry, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements.
- Support HR/Admin team with employee attendance tracking, ID card issuance, and joining formalities.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with site and project staff for administrative requirements.
- Handle petty cash and prepare expense statements (if assigned).
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors (housekeeping, courier, travel, etc.) for timely services.
- Assist in organizing internal events, client visits, and review meetings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in front office or admin roles (preferably in a **construction or engineering company**).
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Smart personality, well-groomed, and punctual.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

**Work Environment**:

- Coordination with site teams, clients, and vendors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
