**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the MD by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize agendas, and presentations for meetings.
- Oversee and maintain confidential documents and files.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and other departments, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Handle client interactions and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Represent the MD in meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, clients, and partners whenever required.
- Organize and oversee company events, client meetings.
- Handle personal administrative tasks for the MD, including managing personal appointments, travels, as needed.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in software like MS Office, PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- High degree of professionalism and a proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
