Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and production, to deliver on client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control.
- Identify upselling opportunities and provide solutions that align with client goals.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and service improvement suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to anticipate client needs and offer relevant services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Event Industry
