Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, and promoting our IT solutions and digital marketing services. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and build a rewarding career in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in need of digital marketing, software development, website development, or mobile app marketing services.
  • Present and explain the company's products and services in a professional and convincing manner.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare sales reports, track progress, and share insights with the management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing services.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office is a plus.
