**What you’ll be doing**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conduct initial screening rounds to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist with on-boarding by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring documentation is completed.
- Support recruitment initiatives by collaborating with seniors on strategies and campaigns.

**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years prior experience in IT recruitments is required.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools like applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
