You will play a crucial role in supporting our goal of delivering top-notch IT solutions and services. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Utilise effective verbal communication and customer service skills to engage with candidates and clients. - Manage a blended call environment (inbound and outbound) to support recruitment activities. - Listen actively to candidates and understand their career goals and motivations. - Communicate professionally and regularly with recruiters, leadership, and peers. - Document all actions taken on each candidate record, ensuring details such as contact information, notes, and follow-ups are up to date. - Assist in achieving team targets for candidate engagement, interviews, and placements. - Maintain a customer-centric approach — be persuasive, persistent, and empathetic while supporting both candidates and clients. - Demonstrate maturity, honesty, and integrity in all communications. Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or tech industry. - Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written. - Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people. - The ability to remain calm and empathetic in busy or challenging situations. - A positive, ethical, and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed. - Good organisation and attention to detail — able to maintain accurate records. - Confidence and persistence in follow-ups and candidate engagement. - Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly Who You Are - You may come from a call centre, hospitality, sales, customer service, or retail background — and you’re now looking for a more meaningful career path. - You are a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and finding solutions. - You have empathy and curiosity — you love to listen, learn, and understand people’s stories. - You’re driven by purpose and want to grow into a long-term career in recruitment or talent management. - You’re open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced recruitment professionals.
