Job Title: Cosmetics Pharmacist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetics Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to our thriving cosmetics department. As a Cosmetics Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cosmetic products, overseeing their procurement, storage, and dispensing, as well as assisting customers in selecting the most suitable cosmetic products based on their needs and preferences. Your knowledge of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics will play a vital role in promoting customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Cosmetic Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of various cosmetic products, their ingredients, formulation, and potential effects on different skin types. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cosmetics industry.

Customer Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their skin concerns, preferences, and beauty goals. Recommend appropriate cosmetic products and skincare regimens accordingly.

Product Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality cosmetic products that align with the store's standards and customer demands. Conduct thorough evaluations of product samples and make informed purchasing decisions.

Product Dispensing and Labeling: Prepare and dispense cosmetic products following the appropriate guidelines. Ensure accurate labeling with all necessary information, including usage instructions, expiration dates, and precautions.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all cosmetic products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor product recalls and withdrawals, taking immediate action if necessary.

Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and updated inventory of cosmetic products. Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store's beauty and wellness team to create integrated campaigns and promotions. Provide training to other staff members on cosmetic product knowledge and selling techniques.

Compliance: Stay well-informed about relevant regulations and guidelines related to the sale and handling of cosmetic products. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing cosmetics.

Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing support to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field. (A specialization or additional certification in cosmetics or skincare is a plus.)
- State Pharmacy License or relevant certifications as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist with a focus on cosmetics or skincare products.
- Excellent knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, product formulations, and their effects on the skin.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for beauty and cosmetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
