**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Helper. The Helper will assist in various tasks within our engine parts manufacturing facility, supporting our production team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of engine parts according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Transport materials, components, and finished products within the production area using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks with incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing cutting tools, replacing worn parts, or lubricating machinery, under the supervision of skilled technicians or maintenance staff.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, such as counting, labeling, and storing materials and supplies.
- Support other team members and departments as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require working in a noisy and fast-paced production environment.
- Some tasks may involve exposure to dust, fumes, or other airborne particles.
- PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots, will be provided.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
