Mandatory skill
- Receive request from Field.
- Capture the same in QAD (ERP), ensure correct capture.
- Timely completion of the activity so that dispatches can be initiated.
- Performing Service quality Check with available bandwidth and look for any gaps in service obligation completion.
- Co-ordinating with different stakeholders and field staff of PAN India
- Customer management
