Hiring for Payroll Executive

Bengaluru, India IT Staffing Full time

**Key Responsibility**:

- Managing the entire payroll process.
- Ensuring new joiners are effectively inducted (induction process)
- Managing On-boarding formalities and documentation
- Managing employee records as per SOP requirements
- Managing the employee helpdesk by reverting within TAT to queries
- Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with Audit requirements
- Responsible for the generation of accurate employee-related reports for review
- Timely delivery of the various HR dashboards.
- Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers,

and entity transfers)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru - 560076, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
