CTC: upto 4.50 lac p.a
Requisite:
Applicant with 4+ yrs of experience in Payroll Processing
Independently processing monthly Payroll Processing, Payouts & Releasing Salary Slips through Spine software.
CTC Reimbursement Payouts & Tax calculations on applicable components.
Income Tax working, Uploading Income Tax Projections for respective employees and Quarterly ITR working
Form 16 Releasing (Part A & Part B)
Statutory Report PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS
Full & Final Settlement
Shift Allowance Payouts.
Mobile Reimbursement Payouts.
Incentive Payouts
Travel Reimbursement Payouts.
Zone Wise Holiday Mapping for each active employee.
PF & ESIC Related employee queries and assistance
Facilitation of Smooth working of HRMS Spine system & troubleshooting the issue as per received requirements.
