B2b Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our agricultural products. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and exploring B2B channels to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and maximize revenue growth for our agricultural products.
- Identify and target potential customers and partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to expand our customer base and increase sales.
- Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve and adapt our marketing strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
