- Job Family Definition:_

Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

- Responsible for managing the technical delivery of HPE’s Digital Transformation Programs in areas such as multi-party SC network visibility, operational reporting & analytics etc.
- Managing and driving engagements with business, IT, vendors, system integrators in order to plan and deliver phases of the program: Responsible for coordinating across all technical resources and establish effective communication for technical execution of complex programs
- Oversee the execution of programs, their progress compared to plan and deployment of agreed deliverables
- Direct the creation and maintenance of the required program technical documentation and artifacts: Including but not limited to technical design specifications, change request documentation, cutover management, support tasks etc.
- Propose technical solution frameworks & system integrations based on industry best practices
- Communication of tasks, statuses and risks to program sponsors including senior management

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible IT experience, with an outlook towards business problem solving and project management
- Experience in managing extremal vendors and System Integrators
- Experience and understanding of supply chain management systems and implementations in the areas of plan, make, source, deliver
- Deep understanding of IT architecture design
- Strong experience managing integrated testing and QA
- Technical Consulting leadership experience including management of senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross functional global teams and stakeholders is required

Preferred Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years in project management experience in a professional IT Services environment
- Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMP- Agile, ITIL or equivalent)
