**Managed Service IT & Microsoft Infrastructure 2nd Level Engineer**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems in the areas of Windows Server,

Active Directory, VMware, Exchange (On-Prem & Cloud), storage, and network security
- Basic knowledge of network routing & switching, firewalls
- Independent handling of service requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with

internal processes
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Close collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams

**Your Profile**:

- Completed IT education (e.g. technical college, apprenticeship, university of applied

sciences) or equivalent professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems:

- Active Directory including GPOs, replication, sites & subnets, OU delegated

permissions, tiering model
- DNS including replication, AD-integrated zones
- DHCP
- File Services
- Experience with VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, etc.)
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong team player willing to collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment

**Optional Hard Skills**:

- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g. IaaS, AD Connect, mail routing)
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments (On-Prem / M365)
- Basic Linux knowledge (for monitoring and simple error analysis)
- Experience with NetApp storage systems
- Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent

**Required Soft Skills**:

- Strong team spirit for collaboration with international colleagues and supporting IT teams

(network, firewall, backup engineers)
- Flexibility in working with German-language documents and tools using translation

software
- Sense of responsibility: taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
- Reliability: meeting deadlines and proactively communicating delays
- High level of customer and service orientation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
