**Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Principal Enterprise Cloud Messaging Architect)**

**Location: Remote**

**Duration: 6+ Months**

**Work Days & Timings: Sunday thru Thursday; 11.00 am to 7.00 pm IST**

Office 365 (Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Groups, Teams, and Yammer)
- Working knowledge of Azure AD Connect, ADFS integration with Office 365 and troubleshooting scenarios arriving involving combination of these
- Expert knowledge to extract various views of Office 365 licenses and suggest /act on recommendations to enhance license utilization
- Hybrid & highly available Exchange Server 2019 management
- Proficient in mailbox auditing - Capable of troubleshooting day to day requests support incidents, or helpdesk escalations related to Messaging, Fax, Messaging Security, or similar Unified Communication workloads
- Expert knowledge on Message Records Management, Archiving, Litigation Hold, Inactive Mailboxes, eDiscovery, and mass Content Search and Purge
- Proficient in handling messaging queries related to Office 365 Labels and DLP in Office 365 Security & Compliance Center
- Expert knowledge to automate recurring requests, project tasks and activities via Azure AD PowerShell / Office 365 Exchange Online PowerShell / Exchange PowerShell
- Calendars and Contacts Management & Delegation via PowerShell
- Expert knowledge in RBAC and Delegation of Control, PIM and PAM in Azure AD & Office 365
- Expert knowledge in cross forest GAL Sync
- Skype for Business Online, Groups, Teams, and Yammer day to day support request handling, expert knowledge, and strategy to drive adoption of these workloads
- Be able to generate detailed PR documents capturing existing technical challenges and requirements to overcome them.

Certifications:

- MCSA: Office 365
- MCSA: Windows Server 2016
- Administering Microsoft Exchange server 2016

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
