**Role & Responsibilities**:
✔ **Student Relations & Admissions**:

- Conduct initial counseling for students and guide them on course selection.
- Manage student enrollments and maintain admission records.

✔ **Class & Batch Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with instructors and students to set up batch timings.
- Ensure smooth class execution and student engagement.

✔ **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Run social media campaigns to attract new students.
- Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and corporates.

✔ **Billing & Administration**:

- Manage student fee collection and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records and ensure smooth operations.

**Who You Are**:
**1-3 years** of experience in **student relations, education counseling, or marketing.**
Strong **digital marketing** skills (social media, content marketing, SEO).
Excellent **communication & people skills.**
Comfortable with **CRM tools, student management software, and basic billing.**
Organized, self-driven, and able to multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
