**What you’ll do**
- Draft press notes/releases, founder quotes, media kits & FAQs
- Coordinate interviews/events; support crisis notes & talking points

**Tools you’ll use**
Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail (mail merge tools like GMass), Notion, Canva (media kits), HARO/Qwoted, Hootsuite/Buffer (monitoring), basic Meltwater/Cision (if available).

**Skills**
Crisp writing & storytelling, research, journalist outreach, follow-ups, event coordination, social listening, relationship building.

**Schedule & location**
Day shift - Mon-Sat - **Work location: In person (Mohali)**
- Write a **2-sentence pitch** to a Chandigarh-based journalist about a startup launching an AI-enabled service for students—make it newsworthy.
- Name **3 local publications/journos** you would pitch first for a Mohali/Tricity story and **why** each.
- Share a real instance (college/freelance/club) where you **secured coverage or a shout-out**—what did you do step-by-step?
