**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: De Inter Luxe, Kalamassery, Kochi
**Experience**: 1 to 2 Years
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Job Type**: Full-time, In-office

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective pitch and follow-up.
- Maintain a customer database and update records of calls and sales.
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Confidence in cold calling and pitching over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
